Thank you for shopping at HomeEasy. We want to ensure you have a seamless experience with our products. Please read our policy carefully to understand the conditions and procedures for returns and refunds. These policies are applicable to orders within India.
1. Return Request Period
If you wish to initiate a return, please submit a complaint within 48 hours of receiving your order. Requests received after this 48-hour window may not be accepted.
2. Damage & Missing Items (Mandatory Unboxing Video)
To protect both the customer and our store, we require proof for claims of damage or missing parts:
- Damaged Products: You must provide a clear unboxing video showing the damaged product as it was removed from the package.
- Missing Items: If any item is missing, please provide an unboxing video displaying the package contents.
- Timeline: Reports for damages or missing items must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
3. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
To qualify for a refund or exchange, the following criteria must be met:
- The product must be in its original condition: unused, unwashed, and undamaged.
- All original packaging, including accessories, tags, and labels, must be included.
- An unboxing video must be provided.
- The product must match the item shipped by us and not be damaged while in your possession.
4. Exchanges & Wrong Orders
If you accidentally ordered the wrong product and wish to exchange it, the shipping charges for returning the original item and sending the replacement will be the customer's responsibility. Please contact our support team for instructions on how to proceed.
5. Custom-Printed Products
No Cancellation: Once an order for a custom-printed product is placed, it cannot be canceled due to the specialized nature of production.
No Returns: Customized items are not eligible for return or refund unless there is a confirmed manufacturing defect.
6. Shipping & Rejection Policy
Return Shipping: The cost of return shipping is the customer's responsibility, except in cases where the return is due to our error (e.g., a damaged or incorrect item was sent).
Rejection of Parcel: If a customer rejects or denies a parcel after it has been dispatched, the following will be deducted from the refund:
- Shipping Charges: Double the original shipping cost (covering both forward and reverse transit).
- Packing Fee: 10% of the total product value.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected at our premises, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Timeline: Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 7 business days.
- Note: Refunds are only issued once the product physically reaches our warehouse and passes quality checks.
8. Customer Satisfaction
If you feel the product received does not meet your expectations or differs from the website description, please notify our customer service team within 24 hours of delivery. Our team will review your complaint and provide an appropriate resolution.
